Jeffrey Hale. The monster inside >>>

Jeffrey Hale. The monster inside # Armwrestling # Armpower.net

In everyday life, work, among family and friends, he's a serious guy, calm and collected. However, there is a monster inside him. ()

Many call Jeffrey Hale the younger brother of Travis Bagent. But not because of size, titles or achievements. The similarity lies inside the mind, which they both actively use against their rivals.

But just as they are similar, so too are they different. Bagent;s everyday life is a hot mess, he's a little arrogant and temperamental; it's what his firnds say. Hale, on the other side, is described as calm, colected and kind. But those characteristics vanish at the table …

In an interiview for armpower.net Jeffrey said that for the purposes of fighting he created the character of “HaleRaiser” and let him live inside him. Why? Mainly for fun. And it's worked, with time the “HaleRaiser” became a powerful psychological weapon.

Is Jeffrey strong inside, as well as outside? Why is it so hard to break his spirit, and why do so many fear him? Let me quote Hale himself : “The main part of my motivation comes from my own achievements and goals. I think it's important to strive to become better you today than the “you” from yesterday, and use that as a rule of thumb. That's the best motivation.

The American armwrestler apperently has enough motivation, as seen in his achievements. Strog will plays an important part in his motivation. When we browse the web for his videos, we can find many that display the “HellRaiser” perfectly. Fearless, aggressive, assertive, unbeatable – that's his public persona. And as much as it entertains his fans, it scares his opponents. And it would seem there's nothing to fear if you're prepared to fight.

But many fighters are not prepared mentally. They think their spirit is strong, but it's hard to keep your integrity when such apowerful rival is standing opposite you. Not everyone expects defeat, but many don't really see their way to victory. That's the essence of arpwrestling psychology – steel muscles and tendons, excellent technique and lightning-quick reactions do not always guarantee success. Sometimes it's the force of the mind that wins.

Jeffrey Hale and Travis Bagent often draw attention with their unsporting behavior, unworthy of an armwrestler. Correctly or not – read on in the next article - “Bagent and Hale. Agressive armwrestling”.
