Bogdan, are you prepared for the contest? How are you feeling before the WC's? Can you say you're in top form?

I'm feeling great, because I'm being coached all the way in my trainings. My shape is the best to date!

How did you do in your preparations?

I did great, like never before!

Did you have enough time to prepare?

Plenty enough, I started and finished in time, all according to plan.

Did you get more technical?

My power levels went up, and the quality of exercise execution.

I put a lot of focus on my technique to make it better.

Which exercises do you think are the most effective in your program? And which had to be corrected?

It's hard to choose any particular exercise, they are all modified according to the current program. What changes were made and what their character was can be seen in the materials from Dmitry Golvinski. I can't describe them in detail, I put my trust in my coach completely.

Did you do any control exercises?

No, none.

Do you think your way of exercising is effective?

Training attacks is not the main rule for me, but one of the factors that I use in training.

Did you see the starting list? Who is your strongest rival?

Yes, I saw the list. My category is strong, a lot os powerful guys! I'll have many worthy opponents! I hope I do well and don't disappoint my team.
